There is now a stealing arena, where thieves can macro their stealing skill. It contains many different cells, in which are bags containing a stealing token. You will not receive experience from stealing these, however your skill will increase. As the Stealing skill increases depending on the weight of the item being stolen, there are 3 different types of stealing tokens. Each type is of a different weight. When your Stealing skill stops gaining on a specific type of token, move onto the next type (see table below). Red = Lightest (Use when first training stealing). Green = Medium Weight (Use when ready to move on from Lightest tokens). Blue = Heaviest (Use when ready to move on from Medium Weight tokens). Each cell in the Stealing Arena is clearly marked with a sign post, as to which type of token can be found in that cell. The Stealing Arena can be accessed via a moongate in the Travel Hub.
